I am looking for a long term VPS host (Canada) that's reliable and has a great customer support. By great customer support I mean getting a response within a few hours not waiting days to hear back.
30 gb+ disk space
1 TB+ bandwidth
2 gb Ram
What are your views on Rightservers.com cloud vps hosting services? Are they reliable?

You will find out the availability of their systems administrators and send them a support ticket and see how fast they respond.
