They say they are the world's biggest search engine and searches more sites than Google or any other search engine.
I've tried them and I'm still trying to form my opinion of it since I've only used it a few times so far. However I don't think I'm going to like it based upon what little I've done with it so far.
You may or may not like it.
Below is an article about this big search engine.

Search Engine Claims It Is 'Web's Biggest'

A Web search engine that uses the "whois" database said Friday that it searches more Web sites than any other search engine, including Google, which crawls the Web in a different manner for its search results.
The Web's Biggest (www.websbiggest.com) noted that the whois database contains all Internet domain names. "Other search engines missed from a third to more than half of the Web sites [included] in the Web's Biggest search results," the firm stated.
The firm said it searches nearly all Web sites in English, while other search engines miss many sites because they rely on hyperlinks and manual submissions in their searches.
Web's Biggest spokesman Adam Radly said its traffic presents an accurate compilation of the popularity of a Web site. The search engine's approach also enables it to qualify as the biggest "wiki," the company added.
In a statement, the company said: "Web's Biggest search results come from their own Web crawler--with a twist. The company uses the information gathered by their spider to summarize what each Web site is about. Users then search those Web site summaries. . . . Web's Biggest lets Webmasters add or revise the descriptions of their site free of charge."
Some observers have noted that search engines like Web's Biggest track and present what is essentially a directory of the Internet and its results don't represent much competition to search engines such as Google, which uses external links and other methods.
