Unhappy Adv.com's new code

I'm having trouble making my pages look the way I want them to with Advertising.com's new code. This is the deal:

I load the banners on top of my pages in a table cell with a very bright background that really stands out from the background colour of rest of the page. This colour is only visible before the banners have loaded, because the banner fills the entire cell, but it draws attention to the banners and increases CTR.

This is the code I use (with Adv.com's old code):

<table width="120" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" bgcolor="#ffff33">
<a href="http://www.teknosurf2.com/cgi-bin/ads.pl?account+Y+siteno+1+advert=NonSSI"><IM G SRC="http://www.teknosurf2.com/cgi-bin/ads.pl?account+Y+siteno+1" width=120 height=60 border=0></a></td></table>

Note that there is no spaces or line breaks between the </a> and the </td>. A space there makes the table cell a bit higher than the banner ad, and the bright background will show at the bottom of the ad (at least in NS). This is what causes me problems with the new code.

<!-- ---------- Advertising.com Banner Code -------------- -->
<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript" SRC="http://servedby.advertising.com/site=8608/size=120090/bnum=50705992">
<A HREF="http://servedby.advertising.com/click/site=1234/bnum=12341234" target="_top">
<IMG SRC="http://servedby.advertising.com/site=81234/size=120090/bnum=12341234/bins=1/rich=0" border="0" width=120 height=90 alt="Click to learn more..."></A>
<!-- ---------- Copyright 2000, Advertising.com ---------- -->

The problem lies in the <SCRIPT> part of the code. No matter what I do, the table cell seem to get a little bigger than the banner.

I guess I'm not making too much sense, but if anyone understands what my problem is and can give me some advice, I'd really appreciate it.
