How much resources do you think I need?
Recently came across Hostplay.com offshore hosting offers. What do you think of them? Are they good?

Try to search for other cheap web hosting packages that offer the applications needed for the web site.

Believe libertyvps.net offshore hosting will work as a nice alternative.
I can't recall the service every being down and got great value for money.
