Corbis accuses TemplateMonster of selling web site templates that include Corbis stock photos, thereby infringing on Corbis's copyrights and encouraging customers to do the same. It also accuses Ultravertex of running a stock photo subscription service – priced at $49.95 for a six-month membership – that re-licensed Corbis photographs without authorization. In total, 623 Corbis images were available through the sites, the lawsuit says.

What a surprise, when you consider that they (templatemonster) are usually quick to prosecute anyone found to be using their images in templates or in any site design graphics.

i was expecting something like this, usually when some company it's against piracy and inforces great strenght at it, at the end that company do the same thing.

When I consider the number of sites I have reported to them in the past, it comes as rather a shock to me that they are in this predicament now
