Alright. Heres some of the Job openings I have.

Salesmen. You will sell Ad Inventory on a Commission.
WebSite Designer to design the Homepage.
Someone who can take our current Ad software and edit it too better Accommodate our Publishers and Advertisers. Meaning add more tracking/stat features. You will also need to implicate the main page design to the stats/sign up pages.
That is it at the current moment in time.
