Unhappy Hmmm..Sprinks follows Goto

This is the message I received today by email:

"SPRINKS NEW AUTO REPLENISH FEATURE

SPRINKS has listened to your requests and is now proud to offer an automatic
funds replenishment feature to the Sprinks Account Management Center. Our
auto-replenish feature will allow Sprinks’ advertisers to set a "trigger" amount
when they would like their account’s balance to be replenished. The amount to be
replenished is also set by the advertiser. Thus, if you would like your account
to be replenished by $100 when it hits $50, merely set the trigger amount to $50
and the bill amount to $100. The minimum for both the trigger and bill amounts
is $25. For your convenience, there is an on/off button that allows you to
initiate or cancel the auto-replenish feature at any time.

CHANGE IN MINIMUM BID POLICY

Effective on September 17, all new keyword listings must meet a $0.05 minimum
keyword bid (i.e. "dogs") and a $0.20 minimum content bid (i.e.
"dogs.about.com"). Bids already in the system under these thresholds will remain
as entered until advertiser chooses to alter the amount, at which point they
must be at or above the threshold.
Please contact customer service at support@sprinks.com with any questions
regarding Automatic Replenishment or the minimum bid policy.

Sincerely,
The Sprinks Team"

A 0,05$ minimum too...!

Hmmm... Not much of a notice though, at least goto gave people sufficient time to bail out.

No great loss. I used them for a while, but have recently curtailed promotions through their PPC engine. Since last month we have received a very high percentage of fraudulent clicks on our high bid listings. (I can prove this due to the fact that our log files record unresolved IPs and also by the fact that the frame page headers and footers are not being loaded by the browser.) Their system also has many other problems including terrible reporting capabilities and showing your high bid listings on unrelevant keyword searches. I would stay away from them unless you are really desperate for traffic. Stick with Goto and Findwhat.

Just don't change your bids and you can keep them low.

Thumbs down Sprinks = Fraudulent clicks

We have had a very difficult time with Sprinks in the last month with fraudulent clicks. We suspected a problem, so we went in and edited all ofhte links to new tracking URL's. Believe it or not, when we added money the next week, all of the funds were depleted in one day from the old account, not the new link. Clearly fraud. I have e-mailed Sprinks on numerous occasions trying to avoid a chargeback for them and they have sent only non responsive, form e-mails. After 1 1/2 with Sprinks, we havve stopped advertising. During that period, we went from $50 per week to $150 per week, with
