I just have e-mails that have it, 30gigs apears to have none, bluebottle is a bit too aggressive mor my tastes but inbox.com works well for me. Don't anti-virus programs have spam blocker for outlook express?

I personally use the combination of SpamAssassin (on the server) and Trend Micro antivirus (running client-side), as well as many Outlook rules and Microsoft's standard Outlook "Junk Mail" filter.

With SpamAssassin, it's very easy to crank up the settings to be more aggressive, though that does obviously increase the odds that legitimate mail will start being inaccurately labelled as spam.

I use SPAMfighter, the application is amazing, I got it when I couldn't handle receiving 20 spam messages for every 1 legitimate email. It works like a charm, if I do get a message or two that don't get filters I mark it down as a SPAM message, and if enough people mark the same message as spam anyone else using the application that gets the same message doesn't have to worry about it because it gets automaticly deleted.

Its not free, but the price is very reasonable if I take into account all of the time I save every day not going through all my spam.
