HI all,

what is the use of header tag according to SEO ? Can i use images in header tags ? can anybody please share the information regarding this.

Google bot give some importance to h1 and h2 tags so place your page title with keyword clubbing in the beginning of the page. don't put images in h1 tag.

In the Page you can have one H1 tag and it is one of the on-page factors. And if you use image use alt text give the keyword name in it.

Better you can use h1 tag is more powerful.
