Default Stay away from Starpath!!!

Here's the email letter I got from them. What kind of site turns you down for TOO MUCH traffic?

Dear Applicant,

Thank you for submitting your application to become a Network Associate with Startpath.net. At this time we do not have sufficient advertising inventory to qualify your site as part of the Startpath.net network.

If your site, page views or demographics change in the future, you are welcome to re-apply.

Once again, thank you for your interest in Startpath.net.

Sincerely,
STARTPATH.NET

I got the exact same thing. I was wondering too why they would turn down sites with too much traffic. Alas, another too-good-to-be-true offer...

This makes sense. They guarantee $5 CPM. If they don't have the impressions to handle your site - you should be happy they said so up front rather than tell you after a month.

they're still rather new, so this isn't too surprising.

It can be frustrating indeed to be turned down from a program that you want to join, but from what I have seen Startpath is driving towards a controlled growth situation. They want to grow as quickly as they can of course, but not recklessly.

Signing up too many sites, could lead to problems for them at this young age, so I give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Hopefully they will be able to sell more ads, and open up again for new applicants.

Ryan is right, at least they are honest with you and turn you down instead of accepting you and when your site generates to much income than what they can handle they then give you some excuse to terminate you like a Grand Impact or something.
