Thumbs up Such a simple idea

I haven't been around much lately, family come first. I have noticed a lot of posts bemoaning the fact that the way we used to earn revenue has changed and how bad it is for all of us, the funny thing is most visitors to our sites have no idea anything has changed, they still have their old habits. I was fortunate to be accepted by SI into their programs, after trying many things by putting different programs on different pages 1 thing stuck out, users will click the image or banner on your front page the most it's as simple as that. I did have thumbnails of posters on my front page from allposters, would get about 100 clicks a day simply because they were prominent on my frontpage, so I eventually put the textlinks from textlinks on my front page, about 75 clciks the 1st 24 hrs, then I swapped it to bulkclicks simply because it pays more and average 75-100 a day now. The links on my subpages get 1 or 2 clicks if I am lucky.

Just because we all know the industry has changed, doesn't mean our visitors do, simply put your highest paying click-thru banner on your frontpage and let it earn you the most money, then work on other things to suppliment that.

...and it will drive your visitors away if they do not get what they expect.

Bad idea.

Bulk clicks does not drive visitors away. They are not blind links.

Many of the webmasters who joined the program in the first week, over 2 years ago, are still productive members. They still have traffic and they have been making money for 2 years.
