Unhappy

I have researched this and I am stuck between having my own box and co-locating, or just using a web hosting company hand having a dedicated server. The key is the configuration of the server.

I sat in on a chat last night and heard other people's experience's on this, and received a few recommendations, which is what I was looking for. If you look through web hosting directories, they all try to make themselves look great. I want one that is trustworthy.

This will be the first time that I have my sites all in one place. As it is now, they are scattered...so if some are down, others are functioning.

So this week I will be learning about hardware it seems. http://geekvillage.com/ubb/smile.gif Yet another thing to add to the long list of responsibilities a webmaster has. http://geekvillage.com/ubb/smile.gif http://geekvillage.com/ubb/smile.gif

Thanks for the help.
