Taxes, W9s, 1099s, etc...

Has anyone received a 1099 tax form from any of the advertising/affiliate networks?

I remember filling out quite a few W9s (or disclosing my SSN number) as most of these companies request doing so before they would issue payments.

So if I don't receive a 1099 does that mean that the company has not reported what it paid to me to the IRS? How do I file taxes if I don't receive any forms from them?

Does anyone know how it works? Thanks.

I am doing all mine tonight for my affiliates (prior to the iBoost acquisition) that have earned over $600 for last year.

They will be sent out tommorrow morning.

All of SI's are done as well. I believe they mailed out today.

sgegler, I'm not a CPA but I do know that you are responsible for reporting your income wether or not you get a 1099.

Most networks I've dealt with don't issue 1099s. More likely than not they're reporting what you were paid. If you don't know how much you've earned, most networks will be able to tell you what you've earned.
