Richard Parsons, chief executive officer of Time Warner says that America Online is not for sale. He also said that AOL is an undervalued part of Time Warner and he wants to improve the performance of AOL.
Time Warner wants to turn around AOL and they believe that AOL can be a big help to Time Warner.
This is a lot different than what had once been said when it was believed that AOL was hurting Time Warner.
