Cool Boxes On Microsoft Homepage

Is there a tutorial available anywhere on how to create those cool draggable, collapsable, color changing title bar, link boxes on the Microsoft homepage using Javascript and DHTML. That is one of the best web design widgets I have seen in a while and it would be cool to be able to implement it.

Yeah, that thing is great. I got a very similar one that's really easy to implement at http://dynamicdrive.com. I think the script is called "Top Navigational Bar II".
