IM a friend, or something like that?

I don't want to do the regular "email a friend" or "recommend this page" type link. I'd rather use something a little different, so that I can avoid the spam problems associated with the "friend" scripts, and give the users a cool way to recommend the site.

Anybody using something like an "IM a friend" script, or know where I can find one?
