Websites are usually sold for at least the yearly revenue. For websites making $10-$200 a month you should be willing to pay $120-$2400.

wow if i place popups all over my site I can make 1500 - 2,000 a month does this mean my site is worth around 24000???

any self respecting buyer would check the site, and the thought process will go something like this :

1) short term profit boost is caused by popups..
2) popups are possibly set to decline sharply in the coming months, plus bombarding a visitor with pops drives them away

conclusion : your site isnt worth buying..unless the other revenue streams are there...
