Top20humor.com, "Top 20 Humor", is a humor topsite. I am looking to sell this website because I do not have the time to promote it, even though it does have potential to grow. It has been online for half a year (july 2003).

- Traffic: Average of 400-500 uniques, 1000 pageviews, per day.
- Design.

The sale does NOT include the AutoRank PHP license because JMBSoft does not allow the transfer of a license to a new owner. If you decide to buy the website, you will not have to reïnstall the software but you will have to buy a license ($85). I took $100 off the asking price.
