Remaining on GoTo with no money...

I just have a thought here...

I'm about to buy myself some advertising on GoTo and I'm wondering... once my money runs out, will my site be totally removed from the directory? Or, will it still be there... but just below the paying sites?

Because I am going to be targetting a few keywords where there isn't any one else currently paying to have their site listed there, so If I were to just pay the minimum and then my money ran out... would I still remain there at the top...?

Once your account runs out in Goto you will be instantly deleted from their paid for listings.

The non-paid for listings have absolutely nothing to do with Goto. They are provided by Inktomi search engine technology.

The way to get your site listed in Inktomi (which serves search results for a huge chunk of the web) is by submitting to Canada.com and Anzwers.com.
