Please suggest Pop-Up Sponsor! - geek/talk: Signature-free discourse for serious web publishers

Hi I need help. can any of you suggest good Pop-Up sponsors. I am looking at two things:
1)How much do they pay per cpm?
2)What % of visitors do they count in reality?
Ideally I would want to sign up with highest paying Pop-Up sponsors. Thanks for all help in advance.

I've been very happy with fastclick.com for pop-unders. They are paying me a net $2.65 CPM for the ads they are showing. I can't really say how many they show relative to actual traffic based on the stats I have.
