Goto will deliver a higher volume of traffic and in some cases a higher level of productivity from that traffic (although I don't have firsthand experience, I think that's the theory). Also, there's more advertisers at Goto, so that drives the prices up. Where there's more traffic, there'll be more people to scoop it up.
They get their traffic from affiliate programs (paying people to give them searches from their site) and having search engines integrate the results into their searches, earning both parties money. ------------------ Ezcoolpages: Free 20 megs webhosting for all sites, including celeb. I was wondering where does goclick get its traffic from.
when i check thier keyword tool,it shows that a particular term was searched for only 40 times last month. does that mean that if i bid on that term i get only 40 clicks in a month. how doesit work for ppc SE's. Digs |

I signed up with goclick.com for their popup program, I earned $170 in a couple of days and decided to transfer this money into the goclick.com pay per search program to increase traffic to my site. My site is ranked second using two different keywords yet they have only sent me 9 visitors in the past 5 days. If the traffic continues as it is I'll have enough funds in my account for the next 11 1/2 years http://geekvillage.com/ubb/smile.gif

I too have tried advertising on GoClick and there traffic seems really limited. Suprisingly so considering the amount of pop-ups they are buying. I'm #1 and #2 in several categories and getting around a single click or LESS per day. Compared to GoTo they have minimal traffic. I recommend spending ad dollars at FindWhat if you're looking for a GoTo alternative.

But on the end, since i pay for click,
the only diferance is the time it will take the PPC SE to deliver the trafic. GoTo will do it faster, but each click will be more expencive..... Scuba, yes.
It'll take GoClick a month to send the same number of clicks, on the same search term, for the same position, as GoTo could in probably less than a day. That's why people are willing to pay more for GoTo. ------------------ Guava NetMongol.com Free E-Mail @YourDomain.com Keep 100% of the Banner Space! Hi,
got a very basic quiestion. if findwhat sells a particular term bid for 2$ and goto sells the same bid for 4$.then why do advertisers still use goto. Also i was wondering where do these ppc SE's get their traffic from? Thanks Digs |
