If your CTR is around 5-15% maybe a week or so but they still give you about another week extra to pull out banners.

The CTR changes often... it was as low as 3% but now I am averaging 7%.

Just a suggestion:

maybe if you can get your CTR below 3%, you might have better chance of lasting longer with their program. I was with them for about 2 weeks plus 1 week extension. At first I was averaging around 2-5% CTR. But later when I put up many banners on my high traffic pages, CTR shot up to 7-14% and CPM also rose to 1.5 to 2 dollars. Or if you send them quality traffic, maybe they will not drop you.
