Unhappy I need some advice...

I have a lyrics website ( http://www.elyrics4u.net) offering lyrics & mp3s. now it has about 5000 pageviews per day (500 IPs). Now i am running the ads of Click2net.com (0.06pc), but the CTR is so low, just 0.1x%.
only 5$ per month.

So i wanna change it. I've tried Adcast, but now it is closed. Some other CPC ads like onesponsor.. they all rejected my site.

Who can tell me a better one? how about CPM ads?

Eric, welcome to Geek/Talk http://geekvillage.com/ubb/wink.gif

Your site is very well designed and, judging by the type of content, I imagine that there is still a great deal of room for popularity growth.

The thing that's holding you back as far as program acceptance goes is definitely the fact that the site infringes upon the intellectual property of others, and contains links to pirated MP3 files. Unless you want to settle with second-grade ad networks, and blind links from TrashTraffic, it would be worth your while to link only to legal musical content (there's plenty of sanctioned material out there). You could also consider the value of requesting reproduction rights for the lyrics and images that appear on the site.

After doing this, your options will be limitless. You could try WebsiteSponsors, ValueClick, Amazing Media, FocusIN, Burst! Media, Everyone.net, BlueFishNetwork, TribalFusion and the popup brokers.

Oh, and I noticed that you have the words, "Please visit the people who pay our bills! Thank you." appearing underneath your banners.

Most banner agencies do not allow this type of 'encouragement', and they may note this as a cross against your application when reviewing your website for eligibility. In fact, you might want to check item 1.2 from Click2Net's terms and conditions page regarding this:
http://www.click2net.com/html/terms.html

Or try the MusicVision network. I have no idea if they're accepting new sites, and know their rates are not fantastic ... but it's better than nothing, and CPM I think. www.musicvision.com

Since visitors to your site are in the searching mood, adding one of the search affiliates should help. Of course there are various CPC music affiliates (cj.com, befree.com, ...) - radio stations should be a good fit. However, having a Chinese home address may be more of a hindrance than "copyright" concerns. Your site looks good - maybe you can talk you way in.

Also, I have had a problem reaching your site - this can also be a problem.
