Black hat seo techniques help to rank your keywords faster in search engines and generates more traffic in shorter time. But the methods followed are not supported by Google and hence your website can get penalized for following such techniques.

First of all now a days people dont do Black hat seo.! if you are banned then it will take too long to gain access and you will see the difference in the position. you wont be visible anymore. so better to stay away.

this would be a very unfortunate event.... start over. Clean your site. Or better yet, put up a new url. There would be a lot of cleaning if you stick with your old site. You have to get rid of all of the black hat. I'm not even sure how that would work after. The surest I can say would be for you to start over. You can use the same design in a new url. And then stick to white hat seo.
