Banner Ads/Banner Exchanges - geek/talk: Signature-free discourse for serious web publishers

Well there are a few Banner Ad places that pay you and also work as a Banner Exchange giving your banner shown every so many dislays of your banner. Anyway, the only one I know of that almost anyone can join is http://free-banners.com. Anyway I were wondering if anyone knows of one that pays over 15c a click, displays your banner atleast once on every 2 shows from your site, and may pay by CPM.
