Post Alladvantage - changes payment policy !

Did everyone receive the AA email saying that payment is sent 25 - 45 days after end of the month ?

April payment will be SENT May 25 - June 15 !

and now Aussies have a high min cheque increased from AUD$30 to AUD$45 before payment starting June http://geekvillage.com/ubb/frown.gif

This means alot of people won't sign up in Australia cause they see that they are unable to get to that minimum.

My alladvantage section is ranked top 3 - 5 positions on search engines and i have 76 referrals and I just meet the minimum for payment !!! how else are others going to http://geekvillage.com/ubb/frown.gif

I didn't recieve a e-mail about that, but if it is true that is a bunch of "BullSh*t". I am really late in payments. I was hoping my checks get by the 1st so i can pay the bills.

I did not receive such e-mail either. Perhaps these new payment practices regard Australians only.

here's the email i got

Quote:
Dear AllAdvantage.com Member,

As AllAdvantage roars through the first quarter of its second year, we're finding that some of our basic payment practices need to be changed to accommodate the complex
logistics facing us in paying our millions of members around the world.

First, we are modifying our payment schedule worldwide. Starting with your cheque for April surfing, our policy is to send cheques out between 25 and 45 days after the end of the month in which you become eligible for a payment. As an example, if you reached the minimum pay-out amount for Australia in April, you would now expect your cheque to be mailed between May 25 and June 15.

Second, we're adjusting the minimum pay-out amount for some countries. For June's surfing, the amount for Australia will be set at AUD 45.00. For some members this will result in a longer period between cheques, but the end result will be more reliable
cheque delivery, according to schedule.

You may not realize it, but AllAdvantage sends out more cheques than many state governments -- hundreds of thousands of individual payments each month. In our
first year of existence, we have distributed more than AUD 49 million to our members worldwide. We also have to adapt to 20 national currencies and different
laws governing our activities in those 20 countries.

We'll be changing our Web site and other informational materials to reflect the new schedule and payout amounts. And while this message talks mostly about procedural
changes, we also have developments in the works that will significantly improve the versatility and value of your AllAdvantage account. And we're exploring a variety
of more convenient payment methods, including
alternatives to mailed cheques. We'll tell you more about these as we get closer to their implementation dates.

Thanks for your support of AllAdvantage.com.

Do you guys think the MLM structures of these get paid to surf companies are getting the better of them?

I think perhaps that most have too many levels and accordingly are starting to be punished as everyone's downlines grow?

ps: what does IPO mean?

International Public Offering. It's when a company wants funding for its project and start a stock. This start-up period is known as the IPO and can be very risky for investors if they are sometimes lucky enough to get the hands on some shares. Not for small time investors.
