Question AdGroup Network

Has anyone heard about these guys? They are proposing to pay by unique visitor, and at the same time show no ads on your site. They say only after the visitor has left your site will they see any advertising. You can also keep your present ads and banners. The only reason I am even giving this more than a circular filing is they are advertising on CJ, albeit through another merchant.

Here's the spiel they give:

You can earn the highest pay out of any Advertising Network
without worrying about click-thru or impressions. AdGroup
Network will pay you for each unique visitor to your website.
Your visitors do not have to click on a banner or button and
there is no advertising displayed to your visitor until after they
have left your site.

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the
AdGroup Network and ask you to please consider joining the
Partner Program. AdGroup Network is a new technology
advertising system. Earn one of the largest fees paid by any ad
network on the web today. AdGroup is free to join and
guarantees revenues every month with out having to worry
about click, filling out forms or buying something. AdGroup is
different, you simply place their code on your site and they do
the rest. AdGroup guarantees No Banners, No Buttons, No
Pop Ups and No Text links will ever appear on your site.
AdGroup pays $1.50 CPM for every unique visitor.

Keep all of the banners, buttons and text links you now have.
AdGroup wants you to make as much money as possible.
Think of AdGroup as FREE MONEY! Everything on your site
stays the same except at some point after your visitor has left
your site and before they finish their browsing session
AdGroup will present them a new website of an advertiser.
What could be easier and more profitable?

If it sounds too good to be true...

Sounds like an exit console program.

I'm guessing $1.5 CPM really means $0.015 per unique exit console. [speculaiton, I don't know]

They are a few exit-console programs out with similar or better pay rates. Whether a company's definition of $1.5 CPM is the same as yours depends on how they count unique exits (example: is it only does the console load completely ?).

Got a URL for this prog?

Yeah, Image Networks has an exit console program that pays between $3-$8 CPM. The problem with it is that it pops up immediately upon exiting. Let's say a user clicks on your banner ad -- the console will pop up on top of the advertisers site. Most advertisers would not take too kindly to this, I imagine.

i think $1.5 cpm is actually $0.0015 per unique impression. $0.015 would be $15 cpm. $1.5 cpm for exit traffic is down right giving ur traffic away. http://geekvillage.com/ubb/eek.gif
