I think submitting your site in digg,stumbleupon, reditt etc. high pr sites is the best way to get quality traffic

As for quality, blog postings are the best as well, along with forum postings (about 5 pages per visit, 4 min. average time on site), social bookmarking sites are the worst. Doing link exchanges and submitting to link directories might improove your pr, but in terms of traffic they worth exactly nothing (i'm not listed at yahoo, dmoz).
What works best for you?

Hi... great information, but I would like to know from where you get this statistics. I want to know what's the basis of this research.
