I just signed up with them a while back, I've had a few dozen downloads and several installs, but I have not been payed yet. I think they only pay quarterly and if you have over $100. I have talked to other people who say they pay on time, and they look pretty professional to me.

Can't get into reports either today

I joined up with them on March 5.

I am now due a check (my deal may differ from yours) for March account activity. I will let you know when it comes.

I have the impression that they are a professional organisation.

Has anyone else been able to access their @backup stats lately? I get 403 and 404 erros whenever I try to get in...

Stats now back

No March money yet, but according to my agreement with them it should have been sent by now (actually nearly 2 weeks ago).

Sent them a fax yesterday to ask status, awaiting reply.

What link are you using? I went to mediareports.striaghtup.com and it is still giving me a 403.

It works now - I just tried it again

When it was "down" I never got an error - just a message saying the reporting system was temporarily unavailable for maintenance (this was for several days). This happened once before (but previously only for 1 day IIRC).

Anyway the last time it happened, it still seemed to record activity on my account during the period that reports were unavailable.

Incidentally I usually get an SQL time out error on reports if I try and get a status in the UK morning (this would be v.early morning US time - when you guys are still asleep). As far as I can tell, it still seems to be recording stats okay during the period this happens.

Still waiting for a response, or better yet a check, from @Backup.

They approached me to advertise on my site (I didn't join the program online which I assume is what normally happens). We have a written agreement. Sorry, but I don't feel I want to disclose any further details.

What I can say is that my dealings with them have given me a very favourable impression...they are professional, organized, and I got paid.
