Microsoft isn't successful with everything they try

It isn't easy to start a business and have it grow into a multi-billion dollar corporation. So many things are involved including hard work and often luck even plays a role. Sometimes it even helps to be at the right place at the right time.

Microsoft has achieved much under the leadership of Bill Gates. Along the way, Microsoft has made a few enemies over the years. But there have been many very successful Microsoft products and services.

Bill Gates will be stepping down by July of 2008. Even though there have been some big winners produced by Microsoft, not everything ended up with the desired results.

Someone thought it might be nice to take a look at some of the Microsoft failures since it is just about impossible for a large corporation to remain in business for years without some failures. Many are failures by Microsoft standards, or at least they were less than successful.

Ten of these are covered. They are called flops in this article. Microsoft BOB is one which is covered. Many of these 10 have long been forgotten. Bill Gates has lead Microsoft to many successes and he is going to be remembered for the successes.
