If I have a bunch of loyal users on my forum who I can say things like "go fill out these forms on my advertisers' website, it'll make money for me", which programs can I legally do this with?

Affiliate programs that accept incentivization are usually clearly identified within the networks. MaxBounty, for example, features a number of incentive-friendly programs, but labels these clearly so as to ensure that this form of lead generation does not apply across the board.

Is MaxBounty broken or something? I just got my account approved and I logged in, but I can't see any campaigns!

It's possible that you logged in while a system upgrade/crossgrade was being completed. I just logged in and was greeted by a new interface with the title "MaxBounty 2.0," so they must have tinkering with the back-end during the past day or two.

Try again and let us know if you continue to see zero campaigns.
