Default esourcemedia.com for real?

I got an email from a Jesse Taylor who is offering $1.50 CPM for 468x60 banner ads. That seems a little too good to be true, and the website looks a little suspect. Anyone have any experience with this website?

...So they apparantly started last September. Nothing bad in itself, since all businesses had to start some time.

But, the domain in their contact info leads to an Oingo parking PPC page.

And, despite their domain being registered from Canada, their Terms & Conditions page says:
Quote:
By participating in this affiliate program you agree that this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Marlton, New Jersey, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Thus implying that they are really based in New Jersey, USA.

Addition: Marlton, NJ rings a bell - isn't that where Standard Internet is located? Any chance of comparing their contract text with this?

I would approach with caution.

Standard Internet Terms states the following which shows that was taken directly from the Standard Internet Terms.

Yup, copied and pasted from the BulkClicks.com T&C. Compare:

BulkClicks.com
http://www.bulkclicks.com/terms.html

eSourceMedia.com
http://www.esourcemedia.com/terms.php

EDIT: Dang, lawree is too fast :P

Also, I noticed that on their front page, they say they pay $1.50CPM for 468x60 banners, but their terms page says:
Quote:
ESource pays the following rates for traffic:
$3.50 CPM for popups (cost per thousand impressions)
Hmmm. Probably copied from the PopupTraffic T&C:
http://www.popuptraffic.com/terms.html

Also, the site doesn't display properly at all in FireFox. Doesn't give me much confidence in their coding abilities ...

I will sometimes give new companies a chance but I wouldn't risk dealing with these guys.

Good investigative work everyone!

I am tempted to slap the banner ads on the footer of my site and "earn" $100 or so and then what would stop me from suing this guy for the money?

You can't just go around making fake ad companies can you?

This is like an annoying hacker or spammer-- a waste of our time.

Our Terms & Conditions have been copied so many times it laughable.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery....

Also, we've been located in Mt. Laurel, NJ for a while now.
