Default Ad Solutions $0.50 CPM skyscrapers/leaderboards

I saw an advertiser on Clickxchange called "Ad Solutions". They offer $0.50 CPM skyscrapers and leaderboards. The CPM rate seems really high, so I'm wondering if there's any catch with this offer? Has anyone tried it yet?

Unfortunately they show ads only to surfers from United States, and since I'm in Poland I see only public service ads served there. I wonder what people from U.S. would see there? I want to use them on my site, but I have no way of checking if they are not for some porn site, launch popups or install ActiveX spyware... If someone used/saw them already, or just could login into his Clickxchange account and look at them, I'd be grateful for any comments.

use an anonymous surfing site - I think http://www.anonymiser.com is one. They make it look like you are from the US.

From what i can tell with this new program by just seeing the ad it is banner plus popunder. I have run my own $.50 uncapped popunder program there for quite some time. There are a lot of nice offers at CX and you can always mix and match by running a pop progam and banner.

Also, our program does not try to sneak any Active X or that junk on your fans computers. Make sure if you see a high paying CPM offer in any network they can say the same.

Ah, so it has a popunder! So now I understand why so high CPM. Now I wonder if it is one popunder or uncapped pops... would like to use PayPopup on the same page.

The idea with the anonymiser is great. I'll try that.

On Clickxchange almost all ads that say they are interactive are popups or popunders more or less.
But in the past since Clickxchange has a lot of smaller advertisiers some really bizarre cpm rates are sometimes present.

Five or ten cents cpm offers are often available on Clickxchange. IN the past 5 years or so I have seen briefly running campaigns paying 1 Cpm, 5 CPM and 12 cents cpm with no placement requirements.

I ran these for a few hours. I know it is only for US traffic, but do they only pay for like 12 or 24 hour unique? Normally I don't have much of a difference between my stats and clickxchange stats, but when I ran these it only counted like less then 10% of the impressions

Thank you all geeks for your comments. I set up my browser for anonymous proxy server and was able to look at these ads. Sadly, they are almost all with popups like firstmark said. But also I found some $0.02 CPC ads and was able to get nearly 2% CTR on them, so I still have nearly $0.50 CPM :-)

filreklown - I ran them for two days and didn't see much difference in my stats and clicxchange stats. In fact, clickxchange counted much more than paypopup did.
