I'd rate them not worth it. Put it this way - I'm accepted but not running them anylonger because I can get better net effective rates with BudsInc.

A BIG skip. 24/7 Media also. With all of their bs fees, it can actually cost the publisher $$ to place ads on their site for MAX Online & 24/7 Media. I honestly do not know how these companies survive. Why would a publisher agree to pay ad serving fees, bad debit fees, account fees, and split the revenue 50/50 with the service?

If you cater to what MaxOnline wants (geortargetting and frequency capping), you can get a good NET CPM. I rate them very well.

I would also cast a bad vote. They charge CPM serving fees, they are uncompromising to a fault, they give you a smaller % for ads shown on your site, and they pay net-90!

You don't see CPM serving fees when you restrict it to US, UK, x number of impressions per 24 hours. My serving fees are less than 1% of what I made with them last month. I'm netting $.50 banners and $2 popups, entertainment category.

They are not a bad company, they just have different requirements.

I'm a member of MaxOnline for almost 3 years. I'm happy because I make money with this company and guess people talking about fees have never had deals with MaxOnline. And my thumb is up.

I have been with Max for 8 month and I am satisfied. Their rates aren't that good but I get paid for 90% of impressions. I am geo-targeting their code to US/Canada. Serving fees are 2% of my net revenue. The quality of campaigns have gotten better. I'm sure there are better networks but there's always the risk of going to a worse situation.
