Do you mean a program to send out your newsletters(subs/unsubs and all that other fun stuff), or to create them

I am loving http://autoresponseplus.com. I just bought a 5 license package from them and I am using it for not only my autoresponders and my mini course I am also using it for all of my newsletters now. The software is very powerful.
I am not associated with them in any way other than being a past customer, I do not get anything by recommending them, I am just a very satisfied customer

It handles sub/unsub, and sends text/html multipart alternative mime 1.0 compliant emails to the list.

You'd be a fool to pay for something like that. Just head on over to http://www.hotscripts.com and search for some good ones.

I've used www.yourmailinglistprovider.com in the past and they were great. Totally free, no ads in your emails, the only ads are on the signup pages. Now granted I haven't used them lately. And when I used them, I was not sending out a lot of emails, my list was at about 5k and I sent out less than one per week. But I never had any problems with them at all.
I think they do have an import function to import your current list. Worth a look anyways if cost is a concern. Or check out the site tekelberry mentioned www.hotscripts.com for free scripts ... other similar sites are www.scriptsearch.com , cgi.resourceindex.com and php.resourceindex.com
