Which ad networks pay a decent amount right now, and support 728x90?

I'm currently using UGO.com. They're supposedly going to give me 728x90 adcode (right now I've only got popups), but they haven't done it yet.

valueclick support them, although i only see defaults but other from another country might see something.

Valueclick would do well to cut down the amount of sizes it does support, and concentrate on filling a few of them.

I believe Advertising.com supports them, but I don't know how much they pay.

Well, they're cookie controlled, but I usually get 30,000 - 50,000 paid impressions per day.

I use my own cookies to limit their ads as they don't allow rich media defaults. It works quite well and I'm only seeing 15-25 percent defaults from everything I send them.

PS. The upper CPM is for banners with pops. They are very limited though. Even more tasteful than Fastclicks 12 hour ones.

I may have misled you there.

Before you get too excited, those figures were gross. The net CPM is around half that.

You just select 'Variable Size'. You will get the 728x90 by default with 468x60 automatically being shown if there are no wide banners available.
