As for outstanding payments, ZAQ is responsible for all October 10th, 2002
and November 10th, 2002 payments currently owed to members. ZAQ is right now
in the process of mailing out all payments for these two mailing dates, and
you should receive them within the next few weeks, depending on your local
postal service.


Please note that all December 10th, 2002 member payments owed (covering the
business conducted up to October 31st 2002) will be mailed out on time by
ZAQ. After that focusIN payments to members will once again be paid monthly
as per a regular payment schedule.

Negotiations for this sale concluded Wednesday November 13, according to a press release on ZAQ's website. I'm a litte suprised that publishers were not informed earlier.

There was an announcement made in mid-November, but that merely announced the existence of a formal offer for sale. The latest release confirms the completion of the acquisition, and lays out the procedures of the transition.

ok I just found my old account I tried there banner, the first banner produce an installer for gator it was a tiscalli banner guess I won't be using them, unless I just use the simple image calls instead of script or iframe.

edit: just loaded the banner again now got an installer for mp3 search from c2 media ltd ;( what a scummy thing focusin is.
