I just logged on to my art.com account for the first time in a few weeks and I noticed that they sent my check. I was a little surprised because they had sent me several emails in the past saying that I would not be paid until I had sent them my W-2 form. I just kept on putting it off because it really wasn't that much money, and I figured I'd get around to it eventually. I guess they finally gave up and just decided to send a check out to everyone regardless of their W-2 status.

David they sent out an email today or yesterday saying they were going to pay everyone off what was currently owed them since in the future payment would be through their new affiliate program at Linkshare.

"You will receive a final check from Art.com for commissions earned in
October, November and prior months."

So maybe they just want to close the books
