A customer of mine ordered a product online from me. But through email. He gave me his credit card info. Now what I need to do is somehow charge his credit card $650 and get those funds into my bank account. How would I do this withought using paypal and billpoint. I want something where I can do both transactions by myself. Where I can just enter his info and mine and transfer it right then. Where can I do this as a one time thing basically. Thank you.

I don't believe this is possible without having your own merchant account. This is likely due to the extreme chance of fraud when offering a service like this. You'll want to tell the person to go through the standard measures to process the charge or else accept an alternate form of payment.

I would recommend Paypal. I would be surprised if you could make a charge like this without a merchant account.

As the others said, that's what a merchant account is for. Even with using a third party payment processor you wouldn't be permitted to enter the information in on behalf of the customer.

And, if you are tempted to run the charge through someone else's merchant account, that's called factoring and it's a no-no.
