Joetec publisher stats - geek/talk: Signature-free discourse for serious web publishers

Hi all,

I am writing with growing concern to find out if any fellow publisher whom may be using Joetec Ad network is experiencing loss of publisher statistics.

I'd noticed that the publisher statistics for this month had been reset 3 times this month, all within days of each other. I'd written to Joe regarding the issue the first time I noticed the problem and I'd gotten reassurance from Joe that all previous statistics were logged and thus the figures resetted.

When it happened again, I wrote a got a reply from Joe that it seems to be a technical fault and it's being looked into. However, it happened a third time within this month and subsequently, I wrote an email regarding the loss of stats again. More importantly, I wanted to find out if the stats that were logged previously could be accessed as there is no way of doing so currently through the publisher's page. My last email to Joe was 1 week ago.

Are any fellow Joetec pubilshers noticing the same problem or gotten any feedback?

Alvin what is your username with us? I will email you your stats for July and/or August.

As for the resent reset in stats I am still not sure what is going on. No one here has changed any of the coding for publisher stats since this has been happening. Also it is not happing to all publishers, only a few of them.

If me or our other tech guy cant figure this out soon I will hire a 3rd party to look into it.
