PopUnder Script w/ set cookie duration - geek/talk: Signature-free discourse for serious web publishers

I know that--in the past--there was talk of a popunder script that you could set the cookie duration on, whether it was 1 day, 30 days, or 180 days. Does anyone know where I could find such a script?
