I'm looking at a licensing agreement here, and I'm trying to find some information on the Licensing Agreement Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. I've hit the Association's website, but can't find any mention of these rules. I've dug around the web a bit, and found some mention of it, but no specific location as to where I can find the rules. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. There's not a lot to interpret, really. Basically it's a clause that deals with arbitration as a means to settle disputes under the Agreement instead of legal action. It specifically refers to the Licensing Agreement Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, but has no detail as to what those rules are.
I assume that these are a specific set of rules, but I can't find them anywhere. Searching on the web, I see the same reference in several different license agreements, but never any info on the content of the rules. |
