Best Mailing List Provider - geek/talk: Signature-free discourse for serious web publishers

Just wondering what you guys thought the best mailing list provider is. Give me a list or something of decent ones, preferrably free. I've looked into Listbot, Eurofreebies, and Nomodomo, but im not sure what to go with. nomodomo is very hard, but i heard its good.
