Would anyone happen to know of a cheap program I could purchase which allows you to create animated 468x60 banners, and the standard size (small) trade-link button?

You could download Ulead Gif Animator at www.ulead.com for a 15 days shareware. It's one of the best gif animator I have seen.

well i use GIF Movie Gear 2.6 which is another great app... do a search at download.com or tucows.com

I use gifbuilder...I use it for mac, and love it but I am not sure if it is available for PC...
