Is there a way to make that green stripe at the left extend all the way down to the bottom of the page?

I've thought of putting a HEIGHT tag in that table to increase its height, but the correct height for the table in order to make it extend the to the bottom of the screen without causing a vertical scrollbar to appear would depend on the viewer's browser window size.

Your style sheet is as follows by experimenting with the Side Bar line- height figure you can increase the height and make it more apealing in other browsers. I have changed to to 250%.
