Buying traffic
Hello,
I'm interested in buying traffic and this seems as the right place to do it. I'm looking for: 1. Popupwindows at about $1.50 CPM (International traffic). 2. Dutch (banner/textlink) clicks at about $0.25/click. Can anyone help me or know where to buy? Barry Kampstra |

I sell popunders at $1 cpm, and I'd be willing to give popups a try for a 50% raise
 . Who would be counting the impressions, what software would be used, and would payment be before the campaign or after?
