Unhappy Why are some words censored?

Why are words like ******* and s-c-a-m censored on this forum? They are obviously NOT offensive and have positive contexts, so why censor them?

I gess it's because some people can be ****** ofensive and it's much easier then Tracing then down in order to **** there heads into a **** *** http://geekvillage.com/ubb/smile.gif


Some of the posts here tend to drow heat, and lot's of it.

It's just better then Moderating and deleting In apropriat post's all the time.
