Design Contest: template for $200

TEMPLATE DESIGN CONTEST

PRIZE?
$200 to the designer of the template we will use.
Payment by check or wire transfer.

DETAILS:
Everyone can take part.
Dead line= 30 October 2000.
Multiple participations allowed.
We have the right to choose NO WINNER.
The copyrights of the winning design will be transfered to us. The copyrights of the templates we will not use will remain to the designers.

A FEW THINGS TO GO ON:
1) Logo: please keep the logo we have now. It's a circle with 'S' and
'O' inside. It exists at the top right corner of our current template.
2) Colors: Please use a template based on blue, a shade of grey could go as a second color
and a shade of yellow as a third. If you have a totally different idea, you
can try it...
3) Navigation: we wouldn't like a strict menu. We could use 4 groups of
links:
a) A toolbar with the four parts of the site: online tools/ discussion
boards/ reviews/ articles
b) boxes which could contain: domain name registration/ web hosting/ web
design/ search engine submission
c) advertise/ link to us/ contact us
d) anywhere in the template: free e-mail, what's new / what's hot
4) advertising space: 5 buttons and 5 textlinks anywhere. 468X60 ad space is not required.
5) please add a text navigation bar at the bottom.
