I might give them a try the only thing im worried about is fraudulent clicks. Where is findwhats Suggestion Tool located, I didn't see it on there site?

You have to have an account with them to use their search suggestion tool.

I know there was a scare about FindWhat and poor value clicks a while back. During that time, I had one of my search terms get hit with a much higher amount of traffic than normal. But, the traffic was real and converted as well as all of my other PFP traffic.

FindWhat has always been the number 2 pay for performance search engine behind Goto for my sites (in terms of traffic). I think they are definitely worth a look.
