Domain Names - geek/talk: Signature-free discourse for serious web publishers

I have found a topic that interest me but I am curious about the legal issues. My idea would be a spinoff of 4anything.com. I would not be copying their site, I would be taking advantage off the concept of putting 4 in front of my particular topic. The domain is available.

Does anyone have any comments about this?

I would guess there isn't a problem with it. 4Anything can't really have legal rights to all 4whatever.com domain names.

If it's non-competitive, I doubt you have anythign to worry about.
